1. Cleaning Services

Q: What types of cleaning do you offer?
A: We provide residential, commercial, office cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized services like post-construction or move-in/move-out cleaning.

Q: Can I customize my cleaning service?
A: Absolutely! Got animals? Kiddos? Sensitivities? We tailor every service to your specific needs. Let us know if you have pets so we can accommodate our products around your furry friends. With their noses so low to the floor, we want to make sure they’re not uncomfortable after we refresh your space. Please make sure they are in a safe place while we clean.

2. Booking & Payments

Q: How do I book a service?
A: You can book here through the forum, or call/text us at (203)770-3145. Let us know what kind of shape it’s in now (don’t be ashamed! We’ve worked in restaurants, we’ve seen it ALL), if there’s any furry friends, and how many bedrooms and bathrooms in the square footage.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Zelle and cash upon service completion.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior. Late cancellations incur a 50% fee.

3. Staff & Safety

Q: Who will clean my home/office?
A: Us! The owners, Grace and/or Jessica.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, all services are 100% insured against accidental damages.

4. Pricing & Promotions

Q: How is pricing determined?
A: Based on:

  • Property size
  • Cleaning type
  • Service frequency

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, for recurring services (weekly/monthly plans) and referrals.

5. General Policies

Q: Do I need to be present during cleaning?
A: Not required, but you must arrange access (key, code, etc.) and specify special instructions if applicable. We also like to make sure all your belongings are where you like them to be, so making sure any toys, clothes, or other things of that nature are picked up before we arrive to ensure the job is done as best as possible.

Q: Do you work weekends/holidays?
A: Yes!
